The scale reads the same. Your body does not.

You can gain muscle and lose fat while the number stays put. The scale adds everything into one figure and the story gets lost. Siluo gives it back, silhouette against silhouette.

Your measurements become a body.

Log shoulders, waist and hips. The twin adjusts to your proportions, faceless and judgement-free. Try it: move the measurements and watch. It is an illustration: nothing is saved or sent.

Almost nobody is. Siluo measures each side on its own so you can see whether an arm or a leg moves at a different pace, and decide what to do about it.

What you trained

Your twin is painted by your workouts.

Every set lights up the muscles it worked. One amber tone and two intensities: strong when it led, soft when it helped. They never add up. Pick a day and look.
